The Flower Market Nursery & Garden Center has been providing high quality plants at a fair price, expert advice, and superior customer service since July 11th, 2009.
Our plants come from only the best certified growers who pride themselves on product quality. In providing a wide selection of beautiful, premium plants, we carry a large variety of popular plants you may already be familiar with and many you will want to become familiar with. Each year we will be introducing new and unusual plants that will add more interest, color and texture to your garden designs.
New owner Denise, comes to the Myrtle Beach area from California and has worked at nurseries and garden centers in Maui and Lake Tahoe where she added interior tropical plant care to her list of expertise. The plan to carry on the tradition of great customer service The Flower Market Nursery & Garden Center is known for and implementing a new shopping experience for customers. Denise's concept will bring some planned spaces to the center that will allow customers to see the plants growing in designed gardens with companion plants to help visualize how the plants will work in their own space. Plans for the nursery also include some themed garden which will show customers how to mix colors and textures to achieve the look they want.
"My focus is on providing a unique product in a relaxing environment. We will have both a planted meditation and a butterfly garden where we encourage everyone to stop, relax and get inspiration for their own garden designs"
Our friendly staff members are experienced and educated in proper horticultural practices, plant identification, pest identification, design, proper planting and pruning techniques. Our staff members live and garden right here in Horry County, with first hand knowledge of our climate and seasons. We provide expert advice on what you can typically expect in our microclimate.
Our customer service concept is simple: provide help and assistance with a friendly attitude. There are no high-pressure sales tactics, we will greet you, introduce ourselves and allow you to browse as long as you like, and if you have questions we are here to help.
We offer superior quality plants with superior customer service, but doesn't mean we have superior prices, we are the best priced of any independently owned garden center in the Grand Strand.
